Rudy’s Chili
Ingredients
- 2 lb ground turkey or beef
- 1 pkg mild chili season mix
- 1 Tblsp Teriyaki Sauce
- 11/2 tsp Liquid Smoke
- 2 cans of chili beans
- 1/2 C brown sugar
- 6 oz beer or water
- 1/2 each large diced onion
- 2 each Tblsp Worchestire Sauce
- 8 oz tomato sauce
- 15 oz diced tomatoes
- 1/2 C BQ Sauce sweet & smokey
- 2 slices bacon cooked & crumbled
Instructions
- Crumble the meat and add the onions to a large pot.
- Cook until browned, but do not drain.
- Mix in the package of seasonings.
- Add the remaining ingredients and simmer for about an hour.
- Garnish with green onions, shredded cheese, sour cream, and Fritos.
