Rudy’s Chili

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lb ground turkey or beef
  • 1 pkg mild chili season mix
  • 1 Tblsp Teriyaki Sauce
  • 11/2 tsp Liquid Smoke
  • 2 cans of chili beans
  • 1/2 C brown sugar
  • 6 oz beer or water
  • 1/2 each large diced onion
  • 2 each Tblsp Worchestire Sauce
  • 8 oz tomato sauce
  • 15 oz diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 C BQ Sauce sweet & smokey
  • 2 slices bacon cooked & crumbled

Instructions
 

  • Crumble the meat and add the onions to a large pot.
  • Cook until browned, but do not drain.
  • Mix in the package of seasonings.
  • Add the remaining ingredients and simmer for about an hour.
  • Garnish with green onions, shredded cheese, sour cream, and Fritos.
