Johnson Fried Rice

Equipment
- 1 Wok/Skillet
Ingredients
- 2 cups cold cooked rice
- 1 lb hamburger
- 1 Large Carrot Sliced
- 1 Large Celery Stalk Sliced
- ½ – 1 Can Can of peas or one frozen package
- ½ Med Onion Chopped
- 1 T. Chopped Garlic to taste
- 1 to 2 Each eggs
- 1 T. Butter
- 1-2 T. Soy Sauce
Instructions
- Brown hamburger in a wok or skillet and set aside.
- Sauté onions, carrots, celery, peas, and garlic in butter.
- Add hamburger and rice back to wok/skillet.
- Sat & Pepper
- Add soy sauce to taste
