Stir the spice rub ingredients together in a small bowl and rub all over the porkloin
2 tsp Salt, 1.2 tsp Pepper, 1 tsp Cumin, 1 tsp Chili Powder, 1 tsp Cinnamon, 2 1/2 lbs Pork tenderloin
Heat Oil in an ovenproof 12-inch heavy skillet over medium high heat. Brown pork on all sides. About 4-5 minutes total.
2 tbls Olive Oil
Remove from heat, but leave pork in the skillet
Stir together brown sugar, garlic and tasbasco in a small bowl. Pat the mixture on top of the pork.
Place the skillet in the oven at 350 degrees. Roast until the themometor registers 140 degrees (Insert the themometor diagonally into the center of the pork.) About 20 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let rest in skillet, loosley covered, for 10 minutes.
Slice and serve.
