
BBQ Nachos
So freaking good! We have them at least once a week, sometimes twice!
Equipment
- 1 Cookie Sheet
Ingredients
- 1/4 Cup Spring Onions Chopped
- 1/2 Bag Corn Chips Restaurant Style (Thin as Possible)
- 1/2 Can Pinapple Chunks Drained
- 1/2 Can Black Olives Drained
- 1 Can Black Beans Drained
- 8 Oz Mexican Cheese Blend Shredded
- 2 oz Sweet BBQ Sauce Prefer Bite Me (Whimpy)
- 1/4 Cup Tomatoes Diced
- 4 Oz Pulled Pork Or more to taste
Instructions
- Heat Oven to 400 F.
- Spread chips on cookiesheet.
- Top evenly with beans, black olives, pineapple, onion, tomatoes & cheese.
- Top with a good drizzle of BBQ Sauce and pulled pork.
- Place in oven and bake for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Serve hot.
