Johnson Fried Rice

Equipment

  • 1 Wok/Skillet

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cold cooked rice
  • 1 lb hamburger
  • 1 Large Carrot Sliced
  • 1 Large Celery Stalk Sliced
  • ½ - 1 Can Can of peas or one frozen package
  • ½ Med Onion Chopped
  • 1 T. Chopped Garlic to taste
  • 1 to 2 Each eggs
  • 1 T. Butter
  • 1-2 T. Soy Sauce

Instructions

  • Brown hamburger in a wok or skillet and set aside.
  • Sauté onions, carrots, celery, peas, and garlic in butter.
  • Add hamburger and rice back to wok/skillet.
  • Sat & Pepper
  • Add soy sauce to taste
