Whew! This month has kicked my patootie.
Unfortunately, the matriarch of our particular little clan (my mom) has been very ill for the last few weeks. Emergency room and multiple doctors visits abound. Thankfully, she’s slowly recovering, but it’s been a rough few weeks.
The experience has brought home how important it is to take care of yourself and those you love because things can go from fine to WTH? in 1 second flat.
